Returns & Exchanges
At Beautique Styles we completely understand that sometimes things do not work out how we hoped. We strongly recommend that customers ensure they use the sizing chart and fit recommendations prior to ordering. We also recommend that the desired size is available when they contact Beautique Styles for exchanges, as new orders are processed per day and prior to returns/exchanges.  Print on Demand items such as Statement Tees are not refundable, but can be exchanged for a different size or color only.  

Returns and exchanges are allowed on any unworn, unwashed, and unused non-custom product with the tags still attached. You are allowed seven (7) calendar days from delivery confirmation date to return or exchange for 80% of the amount paid. Returns/Exchanges take up to seven (7) business days to process once returned back to us. Refunds are issued in the same form of the original payment method. Exchanges for a different size or color are also allowed. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs of returns or exchanges sent back to Beautique Styles. Customers are also responsible for the shipping costs related for the new orders or exchanges.

For example: If the customer orders a "medium" and received it on 07OCT2021, but would rather have a "small" or wants to return. The customer must contact Beautique Styles on or before 11:59pm on 14OCT2021 to process the return/exchange. Beautique will process the return/exchange request by 21OCT2021. The customer is responsible for shipping the "medium" back to Beautique Styles at their own cost and responsible for any shipping cost associated with receiving the new size "small".
